JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A large locally owned business with global operations is seeking to recruit a HR Generalist to lead the HR function for the organisation of over 250 employees.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recruitment processes from sourcing candidates, interviewing and offer management
- Monitor HR polices and procedures and make any necessary changes
- Conduct performance management reviews and disciplinaries
- Provide HR knowledge and advice to employees and senior leaders
- Update payroll and compensation & benefits

REQUIREMENTS

The requirement for this role is someone who is native English speaking and/or has knowledge of western HR best practice.

Must have UAE labour law knowledge and experience working with a multi skilled work force.

Candidates must have a strong character and be adept at dealing with difficult and challenging situations. Excellent organisation skills and time management is also a must.

The salary is paying up to AED 24,000 for candidates who match the above criteria and have at least 2/3 years in a similar UAE based position.
