JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The position will be responsible for the functional areas of:
• Recruitment, onboarding and separation management (including liaising with the PRO for labour contracts and visas)
• Benefits administration including medical insurance
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Employee database management
• Preparation of monthly reports and
• HR policy amendments and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
• CIPD qualification (level 7) or CHRM (HRMI)
• Bachelor's degree in HRM
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a HR generalist
• A very good understanding of the UAE Labour Law
• Administrative writing skills
• Fair working knowledge of arithmetic and
• Attention to detail and reasoning skills.
