JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We require an HR Generalist for one of the leading retail organization based at Dubai. Please find below the job responsibilities of the candidate:

• Responsible for the front end HR Generalist activities like Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Grievance
• Handling, Employee Engagement and supporting payroll activities with HR operations team.
• Maintaining manpower strength (both managerial and associate level) in all the stores as per company allocated manpower budget
• Planning training programs and coordinating with the Learning and Development team
• Motivation of employees and playing key role in improving the skill set and thereby making the employees to next level
• Frequent store visits and auditing all the HR parameters like grooming standards, attendance punching system, staff movement registers, statutory licenses etc.
• Working towards the organizational growth by creating good working culture and thereby adding values to manpower as well as organization

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Candidate must be from Retail background
• 2 years working experience as HR Generalist plus recruitment
• Minimum graduate, preferably MBA HR
