The Company
Our client is a leading business based in Dubai, who are going through a new and exciting time within Human Resources They are looking to hire a HR Generalist to work closely with the HR Director to develop the HR function.
Successful candidate will have operated at HR generalist level with some UAE experience.
Experience of working in Canada within HR is essential, ideally Canadian educated.
Purpose of the role
* Create and develop governance models, policies, procedures, processes aligning to the company HR strategy
* Generalist HR

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* The ideal candidate will have experience of working at HR Advisor or HR Generalist level.
* Strong influencing and communication skills are essential.
* Open to sector background.
