JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Support HR team
- Understand business requirements of the different departments and support them to achieve the overall business goal
- Manage the HR database
- Facilitate the recruiting process, including onboarding
- Support the talent management process i.e. employee performance reviews, training programs, reward systems…
- Facilitate the off-boarding process
- Facilitate team building events
- General HR duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding candidates
- Familiar with benefits and compensation plans
- Organizing files for easy access and management
- Familiar with policy implementation
- Great communication skills both orally and written
- Can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (designers, software engineers, production units and many more)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, open minded when receiving feedback or ideas and able to easily adjust based on priorities
- Service oriented
