JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new joiners.
- Handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment ensuring clear and effective communication regarding policies, companywide changes and or news.
- Oversee employee benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
- Assist in performance appraisals, talent management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A financial brokerage firm based in Dubai, offering cost effective services for foreign currency transfer needs.

Qualifications:
- Open to British speakers
- Female, 45 years old and below
- Must have at least 3 yrs experience from Finance Industry
- With strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
