JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a large Multinational company based in Dubai.

Reporting to the Director - HR, in this position you would be responsible for HR operations primarily organization development and talent acquisition. You would be responsible in handling Job Evaluation, Job Analysis, Talent Retention and mange competency frameworks, In addition you would support the HR Director in formalizing recruitment budgets and prepare HR policies and procedures within GCC . You would also support the HR operations team and promote means to reduce recruitment costs.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful you would ideally possess at least 5 + years of HR experience with a University Degree, coupled with a Masters degree would be an added advantage.

Female candidate are preferred with a multinational exposure.
