JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A large private group with offices in Dubai, is seeking HR Manager to oversee one of its Divisions.
Key responsibilities are:
- Provide end to end operational human resources support for the Dubai office, covering all aspects of generalist HR function;
- Manage Compensation & Benefits policy and practices;
- Oversee the management of the recruitment process: screening resumes, conducting orientations, initial interviews and recommending candidates for the next level of interviews;
- Effectively manage appropriate HR policies and practices;
- Lead performance management activities, including employee development planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6-8 years experience of managing an HR operations for a small to medium team with at least 2 years in a managerial role;
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent;
- Significant operational HR experience;
- Working knowledge of the recruitment principles and procedures;
- Able to communicate effectively across the region (English and Arabic written and verbal is a must).
