JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a western HR Manager with a really strong generalist back ground. The HR Manager will be responsible of the implementation of the current HR structure, implementation of policies and procedures, career ladder and salary grades; managing a team of 5.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 years experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, systematic and with emphasis in personnel and budget management, organizational effectiveness.
- Able to develop creative solutions to a vast array of challenges.
