JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client a leading Western managed publishing company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a HR Manager. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for enuring that overall administration and evaluation of HR plans and programs are realized, planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department, coordinating, managing and monitoring PRO activities, completing all online applications including visa ( new and renewal) entry permit visas, change of status, RTA permits, airport passes, maintaining staff files, arranging medical cover, creating and revising job descriptions, booking plane tickets for work related travel, managing PRO funds, create expense reports, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues, monitoring staff accommodation, preparing employee letters (increments, warnings, termination) conduct exit interview and assess training needs.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 5 years UAE HR experience working for a company with 100 staff or more, have a recognized degree or CIPD qualification and experience managing both HR and admin functions
