Elkaso is an online platform revolutionizing the ordering and communications process between Restaurants & Suppliers by digitising the process end to end to ultimately ease the procurement process.
About the Job
- Developing & implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and team relations by addressing demands and other issues
- Managing the recruitment & selection process
- Candidate Screening: responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements to move to the next step in the hiring process
- Interviewing: conducting initial interviews and narrowing the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. Set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager
- Building and maintaining a strong database of information to support the salary and benefit structures of new hires and existing employees
- Benefits/Employee Wellness: Participate and guide the company process in selecting and communicating company benefits that attract and maintain employees

REQUIREMENTS
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or / and recruiting
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build a recruitment strategy & execute
- Must be self motivated & enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a dynamic environment
- Effective negotiation skills
- Familiar with HR & recruitment processes & policies
