JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Robert Half are exclusively working with a multidisciplinary agency based in Dubai. They are looking to hire a HR Manager who will be responsible for all aspects HR. This is a business who are passionate and proud of what they achieve!
The Role
A hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the HR processes and services across all business units. This is a 360-generalist role.
* Ensure compliance with all labour law regulations (UAE & KSA)
* Employee Relations
* Recruitment and operations
* Visa, induction and on boarding
* Support managers with HR related queries
* Drive and support HR Projects
* Create and manage Policies and Procedures
* Develop training materials and performance management programs
* Manage the business HRIS on day-to-day basis
REQUIREMENTS
* The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a great team player and be used to working in fast paced inclusive environment.
* HR is at the heart of the organisation and you will have a passion for HR. You will be a quick learner, willing to grow and develop.
* Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience of 5+ years in Human Resources
