Position Title: HR Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Develop and implement the HR Strategy policies of the firm
• Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
• Responsible for employee relations and conflict resolution within the firm
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Open to any industry experience but law firm background is a plus
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
