JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the office - HR policies implementation, employee benefit programs, HRIS, coordinate with PRO on licenses compliance and rentals up to date, other admin tasks
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process; including coordination with recruitment agency partners.
• Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records

Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A manufacturing company for insulation material based in Sharjah.
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 30 to 40 years old
• Must have Bachelor/Masters degree in HR or any related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as HR and 4 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
• Must have a UAE driver's license and own car.
