JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive industry?
Our Client is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our Client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the dealership's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and hires.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management issues.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the dealership.
• The final role will be discussed at the time of the interview.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all HR activities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
