About the Client:
A trusted Retail group, based in Dubai with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

Job Description:
- Heavily involve with Conducting interviews and communicating with recruitment partner agencies
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies
- Implement performance appraisal systems while ensuring to improve KPI metrics, goals align with company objectives
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to plan for and monitor progress
- Address current situation affecting performance issues and developing improvement plans

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Open to Indian nationalities
- Male, 35-45 years old
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- Atleast 8 years of experience as HR with proven track record in HR management
- Must be able to lead a team in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
