A leading organisation in the UAE with with multiple business units are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for their office in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions for the company, having a strong focus on creating policies for areas such as L&D and compensation & benefits, all while driving best practice HR operations.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience working in a HR management role in the UAE, with knowledge of UAE labour law.- Experience in managing teams.
- Experience with all areas of HR (L&D/C&B are a plus.)
- Be able to deal with top management for HR issues/policy
