JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Dubai's vibrant retail sector. In this strategic role, you will lead and manage all human resource functions, enhance employee engagement, and drive a culture of excellence within our organization. Your expertise will be vital in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace environment where employees can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
- Oversee performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive and motivating workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risks.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career progression.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in developing HR strategies and implementing effective HR processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict and management issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
