JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse are currently working with a well-established, exciting brand which are the global market leader within their field. Our client is looking for a HR Project Manager – OD & Performance Management to join their Team, to lead and execute their ongoing projects within HR.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the HR Manager will be the lead person in delivery of HR Services for the Middle East and India operations, business partnering with the management team to ensure daily operations and people agenda is compliant with the UAE employment law and regulations, as well as ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labour law, across the group.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for implementing the performance management process, salary and benchmarking as well as job grading, and implementing the HRMIS platform. In conjunction, this role will collaborate with various departments and stake holders to ensure HR processes align with the organisation goals. The HR Manager will work closely with the Director of People and Culture on other HR projects as they arise, depending on the organisations needs.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 6-8 years’ experience in HR. Having work experience in the Middle East is ideal otherwise, our client is open to candidates who have recently relocated. The ideal candidate will have excellent performance management experience, and have the ability to lead HR Projects. Management experience is essential to apply for this position.Our client is looking for someone with professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to handle diverse situations with confidence and multi-task under demanding deadlines.
