JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced HR Manager - Female to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organizational performance through effective people management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging management and employee relations.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes with professionalism and fairness.
• Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring high-quality hires.
• Lead initiatives in performance management, training, development, and employee engagement.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and labor regulations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR operations and support strategic decision-making.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.HR Manager Based in Dubai (preferable female)• A people-first mindset with a strong ability to balance empathy and results
• Expertise in HR metrics, systems, and UAE labor regulations
• Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or CIPD preferred)
• Confident, strategic, and passionate about building exceptional workplace cultures
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
