JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client is a leading global main contractor - are looking to appoint a new HR Manager/Administrator to join the team. This role will initially be heavily based around mobilisation of project staff for initial works on a new mall project in Dubai. You will then be the HR contact for the project moving forward, handling the full gamut of HR and reporting to a wider GCC Regional HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Western candidates preferred
- Strong UAE experience working for a construction/main contracting company
- Degree educated
- Experience in mobilisation of technical staff at all levels
- Able to handle full gamut of HR
Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 plus standard UAE benefits
