JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
HR Manager up to 27k Aed for an International Healthcare Company in Abu Dhabi
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
• Develop a good understanding of clients’ projects, their industry, and their work culture and environment
• Organize the recruitment process in an effective way to meet client’s assigned deadlines
• Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee relocation needs including accommodation, visa, license, ticket (if any needed)
• Ensure all HR activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, risk, legal stipulations, and general duty of care
• Submit executive reports to the management to be aware of the HR department and workforce status
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: HR MANAGER
• SALARY: up to 27,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: International Healthcare Company
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC and EUROPEAN candidates
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
• Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant course
• Professional HR Certifications is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years working in the human resource field
• Minimum 5 years of working as a supervisor or managerial position
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a must
• Proficient in using HRIS or HRMS software
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, and disciplinary issues
• Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations and licensing requirements in health authority of Abu Dhabi
• Knowledgeable in external recruitment agencies in the Philippines
