HR Manager – Industrial Company

Dubai – U.A.E

Reporting into the Group HR Director the HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the company’s human resources team with overall responsibility for all areas of human resource management including learning and development, developing a HR strategy and workplan within an agreed budget in support of the business strategy and plans.

Some of the key responsibilities of the position will be:

- To develop, maintain and ensure delivery of a resourcing strategy and workplan for Dubai, derived from business strategy and succession plans, ensuring that there are proactive and reactive approaches in place to meet the needs of the business through internal and external resourcing. 
- To execute the Company Learning Plan arising from the company’s strategy; through the entire induction and training process needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.
- To maintain and manage the succession plans for Dubai; to include a talent management program, that ensures people potential, and capabilities are maximized.
- To seek opportunities to reduce recruitment costs, whilst ensuring the delivery of a system that is robust and fit for the purpose of fulfilling the diverse needs of the company. 
- To develop a proactive approach to employee relations, ensuring that an up-to-date framework of policies and procedures is in place and effectively deployed to meet employment laws business needs and values. 
- Develop and review policies through internal Boards and bodies.
- To oversee the delivery of colleague, pay reviews, variable pay schemes and benefits in accordance with Group decisions.
- To act as a change agent and personally lead complex HR interventions such as organizational design and development, working with the Group HR Director.
- To lead the development of effective, efficient, and consistently deployed HR systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be a Bachelors in HR or similar with at least 10 + years in similar HR roles.  We are looking for someone that can maintain effective relationships with internal customers and take a leading part in promoting positive people development whilst complying with the economic performance of the Company in the long term.
