JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is within the industrial/manufacturing sector with over 2000 employees in the region.

The Role
In the newly created role as HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:

Recruitment
Establish new procedures and policies
Advise on compensation and benefits
Performance review and appraisals
Advising on local employment law legislation
Perform any ad hoc tasks to HR as required by the board of Directors

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate:

Must have 10 years of experience within HR
Proven track record of establishing new policies and procedures
Must have worked in an industrial/manufacturing/fmcg sector and used to dealing with blue collar workers
Excellent communication skills
Language skills of Hindi or Punjabi would be helpful
Due to the nature of the workforce my client would prefer a Male candidate for this role
Salary
AED 25,000
