JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Seeking a HR Manager- People, Culture and Operations for a Dubai based group company. The position reports to a European Female CEO and the office is based on SZR near the trade centre. It is a full time role (5 days a week) and all candidates must be in receipt of a HR Degree with a maximum of 6 years UAE experience working at a multinational firm. You will be responsible for performance management, talent acquisition, employee and management training, polices, procedures, annual strategy, people culture, employee relations and the ability to design and implement people strategy making it a great place to work.
Salary:
AED
25000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
The company does have a HR Administrator who is responsible for all HR admin related duties. Salary expectation is AED 25000 however they will negotiate slightly for the right person.
