HR Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Readymix Concrete industry in Dubai, UAE. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the Readymix Concrete industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar HR role in the Readymix Concrete industry preferred
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
