REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager within an IT solutions company
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and software development processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
