JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a new company with big plans to expand! This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to be part of exciting plans.
The Role:
As HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment on Mass across all GCC regions - this will make up around 60% of the role
- Implementing new HR policies and procedures
- Set up an applicant tracking system
- Full set up of the HR department
- Manage the work authorization process for all employees throughout the regions
REQUIREMENTS
- Western Experience highly preferred for this role - essential
- A maximum of 10 years of experience - my client is looking for someone who is keen to develop their HR career with the company.
- Good academic background/HR qualifications - highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills - essential
- Willing to work long hours/weekends when required - essential
Salary
AED 25,000 -35,000
