This opportunity is with a Semi-Government Company based in Dubai, UAE.
We are looking for an HR Manager that would be responsible for employee relations, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
• You would plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
• Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
• To identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
• Identify employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
• Managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally, build strong business relationships with the internal client and acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business or related field and experience which has been provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
• You would ideally possess 6+ years of related experience and have demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
