JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A French managed company into trading in niche fragrance oils and perfumery packaging solutions based in SAIFZONE Sharjah, seeks to employ a full time HR Manager. This is a huge scope opportunity for a HR Manager who wants to grow with an expanding business.
Job Description The Key responsibilities will include:
• Implementing the HR policy's and procedures, assisting with the implementation of a HR System and building the framework of HR.
• Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding top talent. Develop retention strategies to ensure employee engagement and longevity.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness Managing the HR function for a total 38 staff, reporting into the COO
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting.
• Leadership and Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

REQUIREMENTS
The Successful candidate will have/be:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
