JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a semi-government healthcare organisation is seeking an HR Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate must have knowledge of all aspects of the human resources processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Managing employee relations
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of the employee on-boarding process
- Providing assistance in recruiting candidates

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of HR.
- Must have an educational background related to HR.
- Working knowledge of the UAE labour laws and regulations
- Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with human resource activities – talent management and recruitment
- Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
