Position Title: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading global institutions in Islamic banking in the MENA region.
Job Description:
- Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
- Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
- Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
- Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Asian nationalities
- Female, 25 – 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from banking or finance sector.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
