Position Title: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Job Description:
• Support the HR department with various administrative tasks, heavily on recruitment processes and employee onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job history, and performance reviews
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and concerns, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to manage candidate pipelines, provide job specifications, and ensure timely placements
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open for European nationals
• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
• Must have experience working in any corporate with busy set up
Salary:
AED
18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
