JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a fast growing home healthcare provider, is currently looking for an experienced HR Officer to help manage the day to day HR transactions of the facility including but not limited to:
• Recruitment
• On boarding / off boarding of staff
• Employee relations / grievances
• Payroll
• Licensing of medical professionals
• Dealing with suppliers
• Other general HR duties
REQUIREMENTS
In order for you to qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• A degree holder in HR or any related field
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in general HR
• Experience in licensing of medical professionals in DHA
• Willing to work in Dubai
• Can start immediately
