HR Officer (Recruitment) up to 6k Aed for a Leading Fmcg Company in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
REQUIREMENTS
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationalities
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience with specialization in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably with FMCG / Hospitality background
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases
• Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background in full cycle recruitment dealing with top management to rank and file positions
• Advance knowledge in sourcing top-notch candidates
