JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Current Opening demands to start as a Temporary Assignment of a Year which is more likely to be Permanent depending on ther performance and the selected Officers relationship maintained with the Regional Heads.
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Sr Management in the HR, the main purpose of the role is to manage the core activities of the HR Department with an aim to achieving efficient delivery of HR and administrative support.
Ensuring the HR Monthly Report is provided to Regional Manager after the payroll is processed, specifying New Joiners/Leavers for each report and indicating local HR.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree from a reputed University.
- PHR or related post-graduation degree would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of HRMS systems as well as MS Office. Able to generate various HR reports.
- 5-7 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Prior industry experience would be a definite advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- The ability to handle disciplinary issues appropriately bearing in mind UAE Labor Law and Company policy
