Charterhouse is working with a global multinational company operating within the power generation market. With six offices in the GCC and a head office based in Dubai, they have experienced excellent year-on-year growth. Our client is looking to hire an accomplished HR Operations and Special Projects Manager to join the business.

As HR Operations and Special Projects Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing all new projects within the function to include introducing a new payroll system to rolling out procedures across the business. You will actively partner with other offices, the KSA hub in particular, offering support to the HR Manager regarding changes and developments in addition to the day-to-day running of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should be Degree educated in an HR related subject. You should have more than 5 years experience in a senior generalist or operational HR role with specific exposure to extensive project work within a large business. You should possess a passion for change management and talent mapping as well as be able to deal with all individuals in a calm, methodical and polite manner. Our client has specified a preference for a candidate with UAE experience, wider GCC experience would be advantageous but not essential.
