Employment: Full Time

Human Resources Operations Manager

World’s largest technology company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to support the growth of the region, developing all human resources initiatives. This role would include managing various projects, mapping HR processes at regional level and lead the transition of the department.

Key skills:
- Good influencing skills
- Ability to work at strategic level as well as execute HR tasks on the ground
- Certifications in Projects Management, Six Sigma, Lean Management is ideal
- Experience working with SAP/PeopleSoft

REQUIREMENTS

- Min Bachelor degree in HR, Business or other related disciplines
- CIPD or any relevant qualifications would be an advantage
- 7-10 years experience in Human Resources in a multinational company
- Relevant experience working with staff in the region
- Experience in Change Management
- Strong Managerial background
