HR Operations Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) with occasional travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Position Overview:
As the HR Operations Manager at Compass Project Consulting, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. You will manage and ensure the smooth operation of HR services, policies and deployment. This role will require strong HR operations expertise, a focus on performance management, a robust understanding of UAE and KSA labour laws, and a commitment to talent development and culture building. You will be a key player in our transformation projects, helping to drive positive change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Operations: Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Visa and Deployment: Oversee visa and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with UAE and KSA regulations. Collaborate with relevant authorities to facilitate smooth deployments.
• HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
• Transformation Projects: Actively participate in transformation projects aimed at improving HR practices and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
• Talent Development: Identify training and development needs and implement programs to nurture talent and leadership capabilities within the company.
• Culture Development: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Compass Project Consulting's values and goals.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or in a similar HR management role, preferably in the UAE and KSA.
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and UAE/KSA labour laws and regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage a dynamic HR team.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for talent development and culture building.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
