The Company

Robert Half are working with a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire an HR Operations Manager.

The Role

This role requires a versatile professional with expertise in HR, employment compliance, and corporate services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing seamless operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional services to clients.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of EOR services, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirement
* Manage corporate services such as PRO and Business Services.
* Implement and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency of corporate services
* Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence across EOR and corporate service operations.
* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance protocols
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EOR and corporate service needs.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) to measure the effectiveness and quality of EOR and corporate services.
* Implement quality assurance measures to address and resolve any issues related to service delivery.

Requirements:
The Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR or operations management are advantageous.
* Proven experience in HR, employment compliance, and corporate services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and corporate services best practices.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
