JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is currently assisting a leading construction company in Dubai in their search for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR functions for a major RTA Dubai Metro infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the UAE’s most significant transportation projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR operations for the Dubai Metro infrastructure project.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment for a large construction workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for 1,000+ employees.
- Provide HR advisory support to senior management and project leadership.
- Manage HR reporting, forecasting, and strategic workforce initiatives.
Requirements:
- Atleast 5-8 years of HR experience (with at least 2-5 years in a managerial role).- Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or metro/railway projects.
- Strong background in workforce planning, compliance, and HR strategy.
- Managed HR operations for 1,000+ employees in a project-based environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Arabic speaker is a plus!
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join soon.
