This opportunity is with a company based in Northern Emirates - UAE.
As HR Operations Manager, you would be responsible in leading an organization’s HR operations, programs and policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. Human resources managers plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you would ideally possess 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations working in an industrial environment MNC having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Arabic speaking candidates preferred and UAE Nationals are welcome to apply.
