JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational organization, is urgently looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator to be based in their Dubai office.

For this role, you will be expected to provide general HR administration and responsible for updating employees records, ensuring salary deduction/addition is updated correctly, processing HR letter requests, generating numerous HR reports and calculating end of service benefits for employees, when needed.

You will also be responsible for providing general administration support to the HR Department and perform other responsibilities as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered:

•You should be a degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in general HR administration.
•Fluency in English is highly required coupled with strong knowledge in using latest Microsoft applications and HR systems.
•You should be comfortable in generating various HR reports and processing a number of HR documents with less supervision.
