JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Seeking a HR Project Specialist for new role within a university where you will work with the senior business stakeholders on a range of HR projects, in areas such as OD, HR Policy, Surveys, HR Analysis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to determine project goals and requirements.
• Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Managing project resources and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders and upper management.
• Managing project risks and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinating with various HR teams to ensure project success.
• Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback to team members.
• Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• You will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field and ideally a Master's degree or professional HR certification like CIPD, SHRM-CP
• You will have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
• Project management, as you will be responsible for coordinating HR projects from start to finish
• Working in HR administration or related field for at least 5 years
• Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and analyzing data is also beneficial
• Preference will be given to UAE National Candidates at the first instance
