JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Identifying and searching suitable candidates as per requirements & JDs, provided by the clients, from Naukri, LinkedIn or similar job sites
• Contacting the candidates, seeking their details & evaluating them against the job requirements by reviewing qualification, certification, relevant experience & salary details
• Furnishing requisite information to the candidates about the company, role, expectations, compensation & benefits
• Pre-screening & short-listing the relevant candidates over telephonic or video calls
• Organizing interviews with the interviewing panel
• Seeking reference check on the candidates selected
• Any other assignments given from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
• Someone who is a self-starter and cable to perform in a remote working set-up
• Prior recruitment experience of at least 3-4 years
• Graduate plus MBA in Human Resources
• Strong organization, attention to detail, culture aware, time management skills
• Ability to effectively manage high volume of workload
• Solid written & oral communication
• Should be able to maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
