JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
