Position Title: HR Recruiter & Generalist
About the Client:
A global IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi, offering IT consultancy and cloud computing services
Job Description:
-Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Provide HR support on policies, benefits, and employee relations.
-Maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support performance management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-Open to Filipino & Indian nationalities
-Female, 35 years old and below
-At least 6 years of proven experience in similar role, preferably within IT industry
-Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
