HR Recruitment Officer
Position Title: HR Recruitment Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus bus transportation, yearly ticket, and bonus

Leading retail brand in UAE
Job Description:
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
• Handle recruitment and preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• 36 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social studies or any relevant field; further training will be a plus
• At least 4 years’ experience in the same role from a retail industry; minimum 2 years in the UAE
• Must have experience in full cycle recruitment process
• Must be willing to work in Techno Park, Jebel Ali
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
