Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional for PUIG, our leading Multi-National Fragrance Partner.

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for a mix of Human Resource activities designed to improve the effectiveness of HR services, processes, and programs. The mix will consist of HR strategic consulting including process improvement and operational activities including,

- HR Planning and Budgets for the region
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis and proposal
- Talent management, succession planning and career development for team throughout the Middle East
- Create and Maintain Job Descriptions for business units regionally
- Coordinate with Internal Administrations Process; labour contracts, Holidays, illness, maternity leave
- Manage recruitment processes with support from Group Recruitment
- Supervision of payroll process with Group Administration
- Implementation of appraisal processes in line with Group policies and systems
- Define and execute annual Training Plan, according to business needs and appraisal results.
- Obtain and understand the Labour Laws in all regional countries
- Detailed weekly, monthly and annual reporting to
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting information

REQUIREMENTS

Education
- University Degree in HR, Business or any related fields
- Previous Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience having ideally worked with a Multi National organization.

Ability to learn and train on different performance appraisal systems.
Ability to work with PUIG HQ in alignment with Chalhoub Group guidelines
Arabic is a must. Spanish is a plus.
