JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Consolidating Workday data elements for P3 upload.
- Regular correspondence with Country HR Support staff to ensure accurate data is sent and is aligned with what is required-for HCM.
- Supporting HRIS Manager with data quality checks on a monthly basis for MEA data and ensuring rectifications are completed.
- Assisting with HR Life data checks and ensuring the upload format is aligned with system requirements.
- Assisting with consolidating data for Phase II and Phase III implementation for HR Life.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5 years professional experience - HR /HRIS background essential.
- Graduate (preferably in HR) from a well-recognized university.
- Advanced expertise in MS excel is mandatory for the role.


The candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, focused, should be a quick learner, efficient in responding to requests and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
